North and West: |
Take 635 East
to 75 South (Central Expressway). Exit Forest Lane and turn west
(right). Go to the next light which is Park
Central Drive. Turn north (right) on Park
Central Drive and go to the next light which is
Merit Drive. We are the 1st black glass professional
building on the corner of Merit and Park Central). It
is the One Forest Medical Plaza Building. It
also has a sign which says Park Surgical Center. You
may park in the front or the back of the building. Our
office is Suite 200 on the second floor. Please
inform the receptionist that you are a research
patient so that she can notify the coordinator. |
| From 30 East/West: |
Take Highway
30 to 75 North (Central Expressway). Exit Forest Lane and turn west
(left). Go to the next light which is Park
Central Drive. Turn north (right) on Park
Central Drive and go to the next light which is

(Highways 35 or 45): |
- From 35 head north towards
Dallas, then take 30 East to 75 North (Central
Expressway)
- From 45, head north towards Dallas and continue
on 75 North (Central Expressway) when 45 ends.
Once on 75 North (Central
Expressway), exit
Forest Lane and turn west (left). Go to the
next light which is Park Central Drive. Turn
north (right) on Park Central Drive and go
to the next light which is Merit Drive. We
